As a consultant to Evolution Management, Inc., Theadora (Terri) Gabrielson has a reputation for attending to details and clarifying issues in problem situations.  These attributes are appreciated by the clients that she works with. 

Her core competencies center on the identification and validation of competencies that can be used to support the client’s business strategy through out recruiting, training and development, performance management and succession planning.  Terri is also known for developing and facilitating highly interactive trainings based on the client’s identified need.  Her clients range from educational institutions and corporations to state and federal agencies.

Terri has been involved in the adult education arena for nearly 30 years.  She became a consultant for EMI in 2005.  Terri received her Doctorate degree from Georgia State University, College of Education in 1990.  She is actively involved in her church, The Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, and also spends time volunteering with the elderly in a faith-based program called Faith in Action.  Terri lives in Ashford Park, a neighborhood within the Brookhaven area of Atlanta, with her two children.
