Over the past 14 years Andrea Williford Mirsalimi has worked with organizations to strive to enhance their effectiveness and capacity to fully engage their people.  Andrea has worked in Fortune 500, start-up, and privately held environments across numerous industries.   In these environments Andrea has been successful with translating business needs into profitable talent management and organizational development solutions to create programs, processes, and teams that facilitate others thinking and performing more effectively and efficiently.

Prior to joining Evolution Management, Andrea had been Senior Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for MarketSource, Inc. a sales and marketing outsourcing company to Fortune 500 organizations, where she lead the HR function and delivered organization development support to MarketSource clients and employees.

Andrea previously served in progressively responsible generalist and manager field roles within the medical device, telecommunications, retail, sub-acute medical and banking industries. She holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University.  Andrea has also successfully completed the Registered Corporate Coach program.
